Margaret Hundley Collins peacefully passed away on August 31st at her son's home in Washington Township, OH. She was born January 27, 1925 in Huntington West Virginia to former Huntington Councilman and Grocer Henry Clarence Hundley and Lillie Mae (Isaacs) Hundley, a Cabell County school teacher. Margaret was a graduate of Huntington High School and Huntington Junior College of Business. After she graduated from HJCB, she was a Department Manager at the J.C. Margaret Hundley Collins peacefully passed away on August 31st at her son's home in Washington Township, OH. She was born January 27, 1925 in Huntington West Virginia to former Huntington Councilman and Grocer Henry Clarence Hundley and Lillie Mae (Isaacs) Hundley, a Cabell County school teacher. Margaret was a graduate of Huntington High School and Huntington Junior College of Business. After she graduated from HJCB, she was a Department Manager at the J.C. Penny store in downtown Huntington until her marriage.In 1946, she married Howard Alexander Collins of Cove Gap, WV. Margaret and Howard were married for over 50 years until his death in 1997. Together, they were the proud and loving parents of Ann Hundley (Collins) Treacy, Artist/Printmaker in Port Townsend, WA and David Alexander Collins, Attorney/Director at LexisNexis in Dayton, OH. In addition to Ann and David, Margaret is also survived by son-in-law Stephen D. Treacy of Port Townsend, WA, daughter -in-law Nefer E. Collins of Washington Township, OH, grandson Michael Starbuck Treacy and wife Karen of Chico CA, grandson David Galway Treacy of Playa del Carmen MX, and grand daughter Elizabeth Brittany Collins of Orlando FL. After Howard's passing, she relocated to Centerville, OH to be near her son. Margaret's joy in life was her role as devoted mother and grandmother. She was also a proud member of Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church. Funeral service was private. Entombment was at Woodmere Memorial Park Corridor of Faith beside her beloved husband.
